14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw without a reason or penalty within 14 days of delivery, or before delivery. Send a clear written notice to [email protected]. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Sending your return
Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Contact us for return instructions. Returns using the carrier stated in the pre-contract information are free; if no carrier was specified, you cannot be charged return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds include applicable delivery charges and use your original payment method without fees. The 14-day refund period starts when you hand goods to the stated carrier, or when we receive them if you use another carrier. Before delivery, it starts upon your withdrawal notice.
Exceptions and faulty items
Statutory exceptions include genuinely personalised goods and unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods. Your rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.
